nadine alwill

nadine graduated from the university of new south wales with a bachelor of architecture (hons) in 2000. throughout the course of her studies nadine was recognized with a number of prizes culminating with the 2000 royal australian institute of architects prize (for outstanding performance in architectural design and related studies in the final 2 years of the bachelor of architecture degree program) and the royal australian institute of architects chapter prize. nadine has benefited from a broad range of design and professional experiences, which included work with tobias theodore (now tobias partners, sydney), tim allison associates (sydney), kerry hill architects (singapore) and esquisse design studio (sydney and abu dhabi). nadine’s experience  in luxury and high end residential and hospitality as well as a dedicated attention to detail, client service and relationships, created the platform for establishing her own architectural and design practice in 2007.

romaine alwillromaine graduated from the university of new south wales with a bachelor of interior architecture (hons) in 2000. after graduating romaine travelled to london where she worked as an art director for a boutique advertising agency, working on national print campaigns. after her stint overseas she took on the position of interior design editor for prestigious belle magazine, which she held for 5 years both writing and styling. romaine was integral in upholding the luxury aesthetic the magazine is known for. here she crafted the ability to adapt to a vast breadth of styles and forged strong relationships with the industry. in 2006 she took up the opportunity to establish and run the nsw division of coco republic interior design. the division quickly became a successful part of the company's portfolio and brand. in 2008 romaine got the opportunity to present interior segments for channel 9's domestic blitz, a renovation show helping families in need. at the same time she established alwill - interiors, specialising in interior design, furniture + creative direction for domestic + boutique commercial applications.
carola francke

carola studied architecture at the technical university cottbus, germany and at the university of sydney before graduating in germany with a diploma in 2005.  while studying she worked for small practices in sydney and berlin gaining great experience in large scale theatre design and residential work ranging from minor alterations and additions to large houses and apartment design.  carola moved to australia in 2005 and has worked with T01 architecture and collins vergnaud before joining alwill in 2008.  since moving to sydney she has been involved in the design, documentation and on-site administration on a diverse range and size of hotel, offices and residential projects within australia and overseas.

rebekah clayton

rebekah studied architecture at the university of sydney and is currently completing her masters of architecture at the university of technology.  while studying she gained experience in high end residential work working for alex popov and associates for 3 years. rebekah has been awarded the nsw architects registration board annual prize for best performance in the bachelor architecture progam and the jj greenland award for excellence in environmental design.
